Puerto Madero: a mecca for investors
Puerto Madero just keeps on growing. This year, the built-up area has expanded by 20 per cent compared to an expansion of 13.04 per cent last year. Last year, the amount of new construction recovered from the low level seen in 2005 of only 4 per cent.
